Sokolov ( Czech. Sokolov ), ex. Falkenau an der Eger ( German: Falkenau an der Eger ) is a city in the west of the Czech Republic , on the Ohře River, in the Karlovy Vary Region . It is the administrative center of the Sokolov district.
