Biography
In service and class rank since 1853 . Since 1862, clerk of the Economic Department of the Chamber of State Property of the Astrakhan province . Since 1866, the auditor and senior auditor of the Excise Department of the Astrakhan province .
From 1873 he was appointed as the Auditor of the Department of Unrepaid Dues of the Ministry of Finance . From 1876 he was appointed Head of the Excise Duty Administration in Western Siberia as part of the Main Administration of Western Siberia . In 1879, he was promoted to college advisors . December 12, 1878 was elected a member of the West Siberian Department of the Imperial Russian Geographical Society . May 30, 1881 was elected a full member of the Imperial Russian Geographical Society .
From 1883, after the abolition of the West-Siberian Governorate-General, he was appointed head of the Excise Duty Administration of the Tobolsk Governorate , with production in the state councilors . In 1887, he was promoted to state councilor . From 1887 to 1889 head of the Office of Excise Duty Simbirsk province .
He died on February 2, 1897 in the city of Simbirsk , buried in the cemetery of the Pokrovsky monastery [5] .
