Lucas Verisimo was born in the city of Jundiai . There he began to play football, playing futsal ^[2] . When he was 11 years old, he, together with his family, moved to the city of Guaimba . In this city, he began to play at the Jose Bonifaciu Training Center. Players from all over Brazil were invited to this center, and these players paid money for the opportunity to train there. Verisimo, however, did not pay money. But he did not like the conditions of detention there ^[3] :

In January 2013, Verisimo, who was already thinking of finishing with football, was invited to the Linens youth squad to watch. He went through the viewing and the first day was invited to the club. According to the footballer, at first no one believed him ^{[3] [4]} . When he played for Linense in the under-17 age group, he became the team’s top scorer, scoring 7 goals in 12 matches; however, Lucas played a position in the center of defense ^[3] .
