Tour Seoul ( Eng. Tour de Seoul ) is a road cycling race held in the capital of South Korea in 2009 and 2010 [1] . It was organized as part of the UCI Asia Tour , the first year as a one-day event ( category 1.2 ), the second as a multi-day event (category 2.2).
