Evgenia Leonidovna Tishkovskaya, Russian, was born on November 17, 1948 at the Peremozhets state farm in Zaporizhzhya region .
- 1972 - graduated from the Grozny Oil Institute with a degree in chemical engineering.
- 1972-1991 - Design Engineer of the Novoyaroslavsky Oil Refinery .
- 1991-1993 - Director of the small company for the manufacture of medical preparations "Alcor".
- 1990-1993 - Deputy of the Yaroslavl Regional Council of People's Deputies.
- 1993 - graduated from the Moscow Financial and Economic Institute with a degree in organization and management of production.
- On December 12 of the same year, she was nominated by a group of voters and elected to the State Duma of the first convocation in the Kirov single-member constituency No. 189 ( Yaroslavl region ).

On September 9, 1995, Vladimir Zhirinovsky , the leader of the LDPR faction, started a fight at the plenary meeting of the State Duma and dragged Evgeny Tishkovskaya by her hair, almost strangling her [4] . On September 11, the LDPR faction issued leaflets containing insults to Tishkovskaya; she appealed to the Meshchansky Municipal Court of Moscow, which on August 11, 1998 sentenced the LDPR faction to pay 20,000 rubles for moral damage to E. Tishkovskaya and ordered the faction to issue a refutation of the leaflet and publicly apologize [5] [6] [7] . Later, Zhirinovsky presented Yevgeny Leonidovna his book with the inscription “The best woman” [2] .
