Tsandi is a village in the north of Namibia, in the Omusati region. It is the center of the eponymous constituency of the . The Outapi - Tsandi - Okahao highway runs through the village.

The area in which Tsandi is located is mainly arid, covered with light forest.
In the local Council, all five seats are based on the results of the 2015 elections were occupied by representatives of the Organization of Peoples of South West Africa Party .
In Tsandi is the residence of the leader of the Uukvaluudhi tribal union .
