Geography
The village is located on the banks of the River Voining , 5 km south-west of the district center of the city of Sudogh .
History
In the 19th and the first quarter of the 20th century, the village was part of the Berezhkovsky volost of Sudogodsky district , since 1926 it was part of the Sudogodsky volost of Vladimirsky district . In 1859 [2] there were 21 courtyards in the village, in 1905 [3] - 33 courtyards, in 1926 [4] - 34 courtyards.
Since 1929, the village has been part of the Afoninsky Village Council of the Sudogda District , since 1954 - as part of the Sudogda Village Council , since 1979 - as part of the Begovsk Village Council , since 2005 - as part of the Muromtsevsky rural settlement .
