John "Nancy" Hansen ( born John "Nancy" Hansen ) is an American actor and producer. Best known for voicing Mr. Masochist - a minor character in the series South Park , a gay man and former boyfriend of Mr. Harrison . Hansen is also on the show's production team as the head of post-production.
