Biography
He graduated from school number 176, Belyaevo district (now Konkovo district) of the city of Moscow. [4] Graduated from Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov, faculty: economic, specialty "Political economy". In 1992 he defended his thesis on the topic: "The demographic development of Russia and the USSR in the first half of the twentieth century"
