Ramzan Ennanovich Usinov ( July 2, 1949 , Samarkand ) - Soviet and Crimean Tatar painter and graphic artist, 1988 - member of the Union of Artists of the USSR, Honored Artist of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea .

Short Biography
In 1971 he graduated from the Republican Art College. P.P. Benkova in Tashkent .
1987 is a member of the Tashkent group "23".
In 1993 he moved to the Crimea.
In 1998, at the Triennial in Kiev, he received an award for the painting “Flight of Birds”.
Among his works:

- "Girlfriends",
- "A family",
- "Dusk",
- "You and me".
His paintings are stored in museums in Bukhara , Moscow , Nukus , Samarkand, Simferopol , Tashkent .
