Geography
The village is located 9 km north of the district center of the city of Suzdal .
History
In the late XIX - early XX centuries, the village was part of the Torchinsky volost of the Suzdal district , since 1924 - as part of the Vladimir district . In 1859 [2] there were 45 yards in the village, in 1905 [3] - 59 yards, in 1926 [4] - 82 yards.
Since 1929, the village was the center of the Turovsky village council of the Suzdal region , since 1940 - as part of the Malo-Boriskovsky village council , since 1956 - as part of the Lopatnitsky village council , since 2005 - as part of the Seletsky rural settlement .
