Alexander Nikolaevich Khokholikov (born April 12, 1957) is a Russian diplomat. Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Class 1 (2018).

Biography
Graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations ( MGIMO ) of the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1987). Speaks Spanish and English . In diplomatic service since 1987.
In 2009-2013 - Minister Counselor of the Russian Embassy in Peru .
In 2014–2017 - Deputy Director of the Latin American Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.
From October 3, 2017 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation in Guatemala [1] . He presented his credentials on December 12, 2017 [2] .
