Initial Biography
Alexei Georgievich Tkachev was born on October 14, 1901 in the village of Svishchevo (now Spassky District, Penza Region).
Military Service
Civil War
In January 1920, he was drafted into the ranks of the Red Army and sent by the Red Army to the 3rd Volga battalion, stationed in Penza .
