Navrotsky, Vladimir Vladimirovich

Vladimir Vladimirovich Navrotsky ( June 6, 1928 , Poltava - November 8, 2014 [1] , Yalta ) - Soviet, Ukrainian and Russian scientist, doctor of medical sciences , professor , public figure, local historian. He lived in the city of Yalta , Republic of Crimea .

Biography

In 1946 he entered the Kharkov Medical Institute , which he graduated with honors in 1953 and was sent to work as a TB specialist in the Sharovka sanatorium in the Kharkiv region. In 1954, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine was transferred to work at the Yalta TB Dispensary, where he made his first scientific publications. In 1958 he entered the graduate school of the Kiev Research Institute of Tuberculosis , from where he transferred to the graduate school of the Yalta Research Institute of Tuberculosis. Since 1962, a researcher at this research institute. In 1963 he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of medical sciences on the topic "Some diagnostic issues and especially the course of primary tuberculosis in adults in the southern coast of Crimea."

In 1975 he defended his doctoral dissertation at the Central Institute of Tuberculosis ( Moscow ) on the topic "Comprehensive sanatorium-and-climatic treatment of patients with destructive forms of pulmonary tuberculosis using antibacterial therapy."

In total, over the years of work at the Research Institute named after Sechenova (30 years old) took an active part in the training of specialists - TB specialists, pulmonologists, giving lectures at the Department of Advanced Medical Studies at the Research Institute, entering the commission on certification of doctors, managing dissertations.

He participated in reports at many union and republican congresses of TB specialists, pulmonologists, and provided methodological assistance to the TB services of the Union republics.

After retirement, he continued to work in a medical cooperative, published several books on the promotion of a healthy lifestyle and the use of natural factors for therapeutic purposes.

Scientific Interests

On the diagnosis of tuberculosis treatment, the use of antibacterial therapy, the development of original methods (in intermittent mode), new methods of climatotherapy, modes of motor activity, etc., he published 200 scientific articles in the central clinical journals of the USSR , its individual republics and abroad, in including 10 new techniques, copyright certificates obtained.

He carried out active work aimed at maintaining the sanatorium network of Crimea, a unique South-coastal resort for the treatment of patients with CIS countries and for this purpose published more than 100 articles, letters, appeals, including to the Presidents of Russia, Ukraine, as well as the Crimean leadership.

Community Activities

Chairman of the All-Ukrainian Society for the Promotion of Activities and Creativity M. M. Kotsyubinsky in Crimea [2] . Co-organizer and participant in Solnechnogorsk ( Crimea ) in 2011-2012. I and II SCIENTIFIC-PRACTICAL CONFERENCE "MIKHAIL KOTSUBINSKY AND MODERNITY" .

He studied the life and creative biography of a number of outstanding figures of culture and science in the Crimea, in particular V.I. Vernadsky , M. Kotsyubinsky and others.
