Description
It was developed as an option series 1-528KP-80 . The building also has 14 floors, but fewer apartments - 84 against 97. In the ground floor there is a wheelchair and waste collection chamber. The staircase-elevator unit includes two elevators - a passenger capacity of 350 kg and a passenger-and-freight unit for 500 kg, a garbage chute and a non-smokeable, unheated staircase. On the floor there are 6 apartments [1] .
The height of the premises is 2.5 m. All apartments have a loggia or balcony, sometimes a French balcony. Sanitary knots are mounted on site from plaster installations. The premises of the outbuildings are increased, each hall is equipped with a wardrobe. The rest of the series is not much different from 1-528KP-80.
