Story
Steven Kovacs ( Matthew Broderick ) because of problems with the girl, Robin moves to a new apartment. To set up the TV, he calls the wizard. It turned out to be cable man Chip Douglas ( Jim Carrey ). He removes all the interference and illegally connects Stephen to paid channels. A friendly relationship is established between them, initiated by Chip. In gratitude, Stephen agrees to become a friend of an extraordinary cable man, but subsequently notes that Chip’s friendships become very strange and unpredictable. At some point, Stephen is trying to break off all sorts of relationships with Chip, but it was not so easy.
