Biography

He plays for the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Biathlon Academy.

Junior career

He competed among 19-year-old athletes at the 2012 Junior World Championships in Kontiolahti , took seventh place in the relay, 10th in the individual race, 43rd in the sprint and 25th in the pursuit. A year later, at the World Championships in Obertilliach, he was fourth in the relay, 12th in the sprint, sixth in the pursuit and 22nd in the individual race.

In 2014, he took part in the European Junior Championships in Nove Mesto , started only in the individual race, where he took 26th place.

He competed among 21-year-old athletes at the 2015 Junior World Championships in Raubichi , became the champion in the sprint and relay race (along with Eduard Latypov, Viktor Tretyakov and Alexander Povarnitsyn ), the silver medalist in the individual race and the fifth in the pursuit. In the same year, at the Junior European Championships in Otepää, he became a bronze medalist in the sprint, took sixth place in the pursuit and 16th in the individual race.

He became the winner of the championship of Russia among juniors [2] .

In 2017, he participated in the Winter Universiade in Kazakhstan, became the 11th in the individual race and the seventh in the mass start.

Adult Career

At the Russian Championship in 2016, he became the silver medalist in the patrol and team race.

On March 9, 2019, Alexander Dedyukhin won gold in the single-mixed at the Universiade in Krasnoyarsk [3] .
