Biography
From the nobility of the Moscow province [1] . He graduated from military service in the rank of second major.
Since 1793 - the lay judge of the Pskov Upper Zemstvo Court.
From 1802 - Olonetsky vice-governor. According to the position he headed the Olonets State Chamber, thus becoming the first head of the local financial department in the history of Karelia [2] [3]
Since 1803 - Grodno Vice-Governor.
From 1807 to 1812 - Astrakhan governor.
Ruovodil the elimination of the plague in the province. Under him, active construction unfolded in Astrakhan - wooden trading corps were built on Great Isady (1808), a cathedral bell tower was laid in the Astrakhan Kremlin [4]
