Geography

The village is located 25 km southeast of the center of the village of Razdolie and 31 km southeast of the district center of Kolchugino .

History

In the scribe books of 1637, the village of Noviny was listed as the old estate of the widow Marya Myachkova [2] .

In the late XIX - early XX centuries, the village was part of the Dubkovsky volost of Pokrovsky district , since 1925 - as part of the Kolchuginsky volost of the Alexander district . In 1859 [3] there were 8 yards in the village, in 1905 [4] - 17 yards, in 1926 [5] - 21 yards.

Since 1929, the village was part of the Svyatkovsky village council of the Kolchuginsky district , since 1954 - as part of the Yeltsin village council , since 2005 - as part of the Razdolievsky rural settlement .
