Apprentice Luigi Chiaffarelli and Gabriel Girodon . In 1907 and 1911 toured Europe, praised by Arthur Rubinstein , Charles Widor and other prominent musicians. Having left concert activity early, Ruje taught to a greater extent, occasionally returning to the stage for charity concerts (in particular, the 1959 concert, in which three outstanding Brazilian pianists - Ruje, Gyomar Novais and Juan de Souza Lima - performed a Bach concert for three claviers with an orchestra). In 1959 , Ruggia founded the Conservatory in Santos and became its first director.
She was buried at Consolasan Cemetery in Sao Paulo .
