Biography
In 1946-1952, a researcher at the Siberian Research Institute of Animal Husbandry ; in 1952-1960, first deputy director, and later director of the Kazakh Research Institute of Livestock; in 1955-1956 and 1965-1970 - deputy minister, and in 1962-1964 - minister of agriculture of the Kazakh SSR. In 1957-1961, academic secretary of the Department of Livestock, Kazakh Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
He was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor and the Badge of Honor .
Scientific activity
The main scientific works are devoted to the breeding of new sheep breeds, the development of sheep husbandry in Kazakhstan. One of the founders of the fine-haired Transbaikal sheep (1956) and the North Kazakhstan Merino sheep (1976).
