Tribo ( Ukrainian: Tribo , English Tribo ) is a Ukrainian company engaged in the production of brake systems and friction materials . One of the largest Eastern European manufacturers of the industry [3] [4] .

Production facilities are located in Ukraine, Kazakhstan , Belarus , the Czech Republic [5] [6] .
History
On July 1, 1979, the launch of the first line of AP Belotserkovsky ATI Plant took place. In 1996, as a result of compulsory privatization, OAO Belotserkovsky ATI Plant was replaced by Tribo OJSC [7] [8] .
In 2005, Tribo established a branch in Kazakhstan. Here, the production of brake pads with the Kazakhstan component up to 79% has been established [9] .
In 2008, in Buxton (UK), a subsidiary was created under the name Tribo Rail UK Ltd [10] [11] . In 2010, Tribo rebranded and upgraded production facilities for Tribo Rail [7] .
In 2013, the Tribo R&D and Eurotest testing laboratories [12] [13] were opened on the territory of the Tribo plant in the White Church. At the same time, the workshop on the manufacture of equipment "Tribo tools" was launched [14] .
In 2017, Tribo, together with BelAZ , launched a new Beltribo plant for the production of brake pads, discs and linings in the city of Starye Dorogi (Belarus) [15] .
Products
The company produces about 300 items (primarily brake pads and friction materials) for automotive equipment, drilling and mine installations, railway transport and the underground , agricultural machinery [16] [17] . Export of products covers more than 20 countries of the world [4] .
The quality management system is certified according to the standards ISO 9001: 2008 , ISO 14001: 2004 , ISO / TS 16949: 2009 , DSTU ISO / IEC 17025: 2006 [18] [16] .
