Geography
The village is located 3 km east of the center of the village of Imen Karl Marx and 13 km northeast of the regional center Kameshkovo .
History
In the late XIX - early XX centuries, the village was part of the Eden parish of the Kovrov district . In 1859 [2] there were 19 yards in the village, in 1905 [3] - 38 yards, in 1926 [4] - 53 yards.
Since 1929, the village was the center of the Sosnovsky village council of the Kovrovsky district , since 1940 - as part of the Bryzgalovsky village council of the Kameshkovsky district , since 2005 - as part of the Bryzgalovsky municipality .
