Geography
The village is located 10 km south of the center of the settlement of Novy and 21 km south-west of the district center of Kovrov near the Volga federal highway M7 .
History
In the XIX - the first quarter of the XX century, the village was part of the Belkovsky volost of the Kovrovsky district , since 1926 - as part of the Klyushnikov volost . In 1859 [2] there were 17 yards in the village, in 1905 [3] - 31 yards, in 1926 [4] - 31 yards.
Since 1929, the village was part of the Alachinsky Village Council of the Kovrovsky District , since 1940 - as part of the Velikovsky Village Council , since 1972 - as part of the Novoselsky Village Council , since 2005 - as part of the Novoselsky Village Settlement .
