Tulegen Musilimly Ermekov ; December 28, 1936, Almaty , Kazakh SSR , USSR - April 8, 2001, ibid., Kazakhstan ), - Soviet and Kazakh scientist, Doctor of Technical Sciences (1992), corresponding member of the Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan (1994). The great-nephew of Alimkhan Yermekov [1] .

Biography
In 1962 he graduated from KarPTI . In 1962-1966, he was a senior engineer in the sector of mathematics and mechanics of the Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan; in 1966-1988 - senior researcher at the Institute of Mining, Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan; since 1989 laboratory at the same institute [2] .
In 1992 he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic “Geochemical support of the sustainability of the treatment space when developing powerful flat ore deposits with a chamber-pillar system” - “Physical processes of mining” [3] .
He died in 2001 in Alma-Ata.
Scientific Activities
Scientific research is devoted to the problems of geomechanics, studying the state of rocks in difficult geological conditions during the development of various deposits, etc.
