In 1872 he graduated with honors from a course at the Moscow Technical School . He taught mechanics at the Komissarov Technical College . Grand Duke Konstantin Nikolayevich was approved as a member of a competitor (examiner) of the Council of the Commissar Technical College [1] . He entered the service at the First Society of Railroads , where until the company was bought out by the city he held successively the following posts: assistant chief engineer, road manager and chairman. In 1903 he was elected Chairman of the Board of the Moscow Credit Society. He was a member of the supervisory committee of the Moscow Society of Mutual Fire Insurance. As the vowel of the Moscow Duma, he took part in many Duma commissions, was the representative of the city in a special presence in urban affairs and in the guardianship of national sobriety. He was chairman and member of many philanthropic institutions. According to his political convictions, he belonged to the Union on October 17 , was a member of the Central Committee (central committee) of this party. In Moscow, he lived on Lesnaya Street in his own house.

He was chairman of the board of the First Society of Railways . He participated in the launch of the first tram in Moscow [2] .

He was an honorary member of the Board of Trustees of the Commissar Technical School .
