History
One of the projectiles fired by the battleship Potemkin destroyed the attic of the Feldman apartment building, Nezhinskaya Street 71, Spiridonovskaya corner [1]
At 5 o'clock on the evening of June 16, 1905, the ship’s cannon shots shook Odessa. It was made three idle, then - two combat shots at the Vorontsov Palace and the City Duma. However, due to the actions of the senior signalman of Vedenmeer, the shells were not hit in the target. One burst on Bugayevka, and the other in the center of the city, on the corner of Spiridonovskaya and Nezhinskaya streets .
In 1934-1995 Gorky Street. In 1995, the street returned the historical name - Spiridonovskaya.
