Manor Gorbunova - manor, 1905 - 1911 , arch. O. G. Piotrovich , Yu. F. Diterikhs , built in eclectic style with decorative brick elements. Until 1917, there was a printing house of Gorbunov and the foundry of the Preobrazhensky community , the center of the Old Believers of Fedoseyev consent, which printed Old Believers' literature. Nikita Fedorovich Suvorin [1] was the head of the printing house. The estate complex consists of five buildings with an elegant arch behind the main house of the estate, overlooking Ninth Rota Street [2] . In the Soviet years, the Preobrazhensky People’s Court was located in the main house of the manor (p. 1), built in 1908 according to the project of O.G. Piotrovich . Since 2009, the main house is empty. In 2013–2014, a restoration project was prepared with a device for modern use for the placement of a “multifunctional center for the provision of public services”. However, the building is still empty and dilapidated [3] . In July 2017, the State Historical and Cultural Expertise Act was submitted for public discussion; in November 2017, by the Order of the Moscow City Cultural Heritage Department, the estate ensemble (16 Nova Rota St., 16; d. 16, pp. 2, 3, 4, 5) was included in the unified state register of cultural heritage objects (historical and cultural monuments) The peoples of the Russian Federation as an object of cultural heritage of regional importance, approved the boundaries of its territory and the subject of protection [4] .
