Biography
Born in 1901 in the city of Ahar, Persia (now there is East Azerbaijan, Iran).
In 1925-1958, a worker, a link-level state farm named after Nizami of the city of Kirovabad. Aliev’s link was assigned 7.91 hectares of vineyards. Since 1946, the winegrower began to apply the joint application of manure and mineral fertilizers. Every year he carries out artificial pollination of not only the Tavkveri variety, which has a functionally female flower, but also the bisexual Rkatsiteli variety. Half of the bushes on the site of his link is transferred to a two-tier form. In 1948, 167.1 centners per hectare of grapes were harvested on an area of 3.2 hectares.
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of October 5, 1949 , for receiving high grape harvests in 1948, Aliyev Yahya Dadash oglu was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Medal " Hammer and Sickle ."
Died April 15, 1958 in the city of Kirovabad, Azerbaijan SSR.
