The Republican Scientific and Technical Library (RSTL; Belarusian. Republican Navukova Technical Library ) is a specialized scientific library in Belarus.

Content
History
It is the largest in terms of funds (54 million) among the scientific specialized libraries of the Republic of Belarus and the only one with the most comprehensive collections of patent, regulatory and technical documents, industrial catalogs and scientific and technical literature in the country . It is managed by the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus (SCST).
The main declared goal of the RSTL is to promote the development of scientific, technical and industrial activities by providing free access to scientific and technical information, forming the most comprehensive information resources in Belarus on science and technology, providing library and information-bibliographic services to enterprises, organizations and institutions of the republic, scientific and technical specialists and other categories of users .
At different times, the directors of the library were:

- Putrya Nazar Arkhipovich (1979 - 1987)
- Infantry Galina Ivanovna (1988 - 1998)
- Sukhorukova Raisa Nikandrovna (1999 - present)
