Golopristansky elevator ( Ukrainian Golopristansky elevator ) is a food industry enterprise on the outskirts of the city of Golaya Pristan of the Golopristansky district of the Kherson region [1] .

Content
History
The elevator was built in 1973 in accordance with the ninth five-year plan for the development of the national economy of the USSR [2] .
After the independence of Ukraine was declared, the elevator was transferred to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Ukraine .
In March 1995, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine added the elevator to the list of enterprises whose privatization is prohibited due to their national importance [3] .
After the establishment of the state-owned joint-stock company Khlib Ukrainy in August 1996, the elevator became a subsidiary of the Khlib Ukrainy SJSC [4] .
After the establishment of the State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine on August 11, 2010, the elevator was incorporated into the SFGCU enterprises [5] .
In October 2014, the grain supply system for river transport was restored at the elevator [6] .
In October 2016, for the first time after a ten-year break, the elevator began shipping grain to river transport [7] .
Current State
The main function of the enterprise is to store grain crops ( wheat , corn , barley ), as well as oilseeds ( rapeseed and sunflower ) [2] .
The total working capacity of the enterprise is 41.7 thousand tons (elevator capacity - 36.5 thousand tons and storage capacity - 5.2 thousand tons) [2] .
