Geographical position

The city is located in the southeastern part of Chad, east of the wadi Amageti, at an altitude of 508 meters above sea ​​level [1] . Abge is located approximately 475 kilometers east of the country's capital, N'Djamena .

According to the 2009 official census, the population of Abge was 13,272 people (6,439 men and 6,833 women).
