Biography
Orthodox, a peasant in the village of Koloyar in the Koloyarsky volost of the Volsky district .
He graduated from the parish school . Engaged in agriculture (6 acres of allotment land). He served as a village clerk and assistant to the volost clerk of the Koloyarsky volost. Then for four years he was a clerk in the Lopukhov volost of the Volsky district, and in 1908-1912 he was a volost clerk in his volost. He was engaged in self-education and assembled his own library, which totaled over 800 volumes.
In 1912 he was elected to the State Duma from the Saratov province by a congress of authorized representatives from volosts. Entered into the center fraction and the Progressive block . He was a member of the commissions: agricultural, food, fisheries, land, in the direction of legislative assumptions, on the execution of the state list of income and expenses. During the February Revolution he was in Petrograd, did not take part in political events.
Fate after 1917 is unknown. Some of the books from Ryblov’s personal library are stored in the collection of rare books of the central library of Volsk. He was married, had four children.
