The Zaenenska goat [1] is a domestic goat with a short, white coat, usually without horns. This is one of the most famous and respected dairy breeds. Bred in the mid-19th century in Switzerland in the valley of the river Zane . In Russia, zaanenki appeared before the revolution. [2] Milk yield in a 10-month lactation is 600-2000 kg. Maximum yield exceeds 3000 kg of milk. It tolerates breeding conditions as well as pastures. The breed is common in Europe, North Africa, the United States, Korea and Indonesia. In many countries, this breed of goat is used to breed new breeds.

The height at the withers of goats is 90-100 cm, goats 75-85 cm, weight, respectively, 80-120 kg and 50-90 kg.
