The Ukrainian State Construction Corporation (Ukrbud) is the executive body of state power, which was established on July 1, 1991 by a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Ukrainian SSR as the successor of the former .

Construction of the complex " " on Nikolskaya Slobodka . Locals have repeatedly staged protests. On February 4, 2015, activists burned tires, protesting against the building. [five]
On April 1, 2015, during a protest against the new building, the policeman was injured. [6] On April 23, 2015, the mayor of Kiev, Vitaly Klitschko, asked the prosecutor's office to check the construction documents at Nikolskaya Slobodka. [7] . The result was a written appeal of the deputy to the appropriate authorities. Olga Balitskaya demanded from all state services to which appeals were sent to conduct unscheduled inspections at the facilities of Ukrbud at the address: ul. Kozhemyatskaya, 24-34; st.
