History
The village was first mentioned in 1616. In the Bezhetsk district, the estate of Kirilov Monastery ... and the village was given by the boyar F.I. Sheremetev according to the sovereign's granted letter of 1613 Chernevo, Shablykino identity . In 1764, the former monastery estates passed under the jurisdiction of the College of Economy , then to the state treasury.
In the List of Populated Places of the Vesyegonsk Uyezd in 1859 [2] there is a state-owned village Shablykino (Rachevo), 48 yards, 284 residents. In the second half of the XIX - early XX centuries, the village of Shablykino-Rachevo (Black) belonged to the Prud volost of the Vesyegonsky district of the Tver province . In 1889 - 82 yards, 452 residents, except for agriculture, residents are engaged in logging, trade in wood and firewood. [3] . In December 1918 - March 1924 Rachevo was the center of the eponymous volost and village council of the Krasnokholmsky district (in January 1920 the Rachevo volost was renamed Oktyabrskaya). According to the 1920 census in the village of 113 yards, 585 residents. In 1925, Rachevo was the center of the village council of the same name in the Krasnokholmsky volost of the Bezhetsky district. In 1940, the center of the Rachev village council of the Krasnokholmsky district of the Kalinin region sat down.
In 1997, there were 81 farms in the village, 209 residents, the administration of the rural district, the central estate of the Kryukovsky collective farm, the Primary School - Kindergarten complex, a recreation center, a library, a first-aid post, and a shop.
