Biography
Born in 1905 in the village of Lipovka. Member of the CPSU (b).
Since 1928 - on economic, social and political work. In 1928 - 1946 - Instructor of the Executive Committee of the Saratov Regional Council, Secretary of the Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks of state farm No. 30 of the Saratov Territory, Deputy Head of the Political Department of the Bulukhta Machine and Tractor Station, Deputy Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR in the Poltava Region, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Poltava City Council, Deputy Chairman, Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars of the Yakut ASSR.
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the USSR of the 1st convocation.
