Review Review

In 1962, he made his directorial debut with the movie "Little Scooter" and soon became a very bright and peculiar figure of the Estonian puppet film workshop. Heino Pars understands the work of the director as the position of the chief inventor and designer in the creative group, the inventor who, skillfully using the expressive means of animation, boldly collides fantasy and reality, real and fictional.
