Pavel Filippovich Feshchuk ( 1910 , the village of Solomiya , now Gayvoron district, Kirovograd region - 1971 , the city of Gayvoron, Kirovograd region ) - Ukrainian Soviet leader, 1st secretary of the Gayvoron district committee of the Communist Party of the Kirovograd region. Hero of Socialist Labor (02/26/1958). Member of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR 4-5th convocations.

Biography
Born in the family of a middle peasant. In 1929-1930 - a student of the evening working faculty. In 1930-1933 - a student at the Uman State Pedagogical Institute.
In 1933-1938, he was a teacher at an incomplete secondary school in the village of Mankovtsy, Barsky district, Vinnitsa region: the head of the educational section of a secondary school in the village of Mitki, Barsky region; inspector of schools in the Barsky district of Vinnitsa region. In 1938 he worked as deputy head of the school sector of the Vinnitsa regional department of public education.
Since December 1938 - in the Red Army. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1940 .
Member of World War II . In 1941-1942 he served as the battery commander of the 131st artillery regiment of the 455th (928) artillery corps of the Western Front. He was twice wounded. Then he served as the battery commander in the 6th reserve artillery regiment of the Karelian Front. Member of the Soviet-Japanese war . In 1945 he served as adjutant to the senior 3rd division of the 6th reserve artillery regiment of the 1st Far Eastern Front.
After demobilization, he worked as the director of a secondary school in the village of Bandurov in the Gaivoron region. Until 1948 - head of the Gayvoronsky district department of public education of Odessa region.
In 1948-1950, he was the 2nd Secretary of the Gayvoron District Committee of the Communist Party (b) of the Odessa Region. In 1950-1962, he was the 1st secretary of the Gayvoron district committee of the Communist Party (b) of the Odessa (then - Kirovograd) region. Since 1962 - Secretary of the Gayvoron Industrial Production Party Committee of the Communist Party of the Kirovograd Region.
Until 1971 - Director of the Gayvoron Creamery of the Kirovograd Region.
