Biography
Born in 1924 in the village of Shishgaya. Member of the CPSU (b) since the year.
Since 1943 - on economic, social and political work. In 1943 - 1985 - in the Red Army, he studied at the Political School of the Transcaucasian Military Academy, at party work in the Vardenis region, the first secretary of the Krasnoselsky district committee of the Communist Party of Armenia, the secretary of the party committee of the district collective farm and state farm administrations, the first secretary of the Shemakha district committee of the Communist Party of Azerbaijan, the chairman of the State Committee for Wine and Viticulture of the Azerbaijan SSR .
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the USSR of the 7th convocation.
He died in 1985 in Baku.
