Biography
Born in 1905 in Krasnoyarsk. Member of the CPSU (b).
Since 1917 - on economic, social and political work. In 1917 - 1965 - a horse driver on earthworks, a telegraph operator, a Civil War participant, a village council secretary, a district executive committee secretary, an authorized fishery cooperative in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, chairman of the Birilyusky Executive Committee, from 1946 - Minusinsky District Council of Workers' Deputies of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, 1st Secretary of the Yemelyanovsky District Committee of the CPSU (b) a student of the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the CPSU, head of the department of resettlement and organizational recruitment of workers at the Krasnoyarsk Territory Executive Committee.
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of January 7, 1948, he was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the awarding of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Hammer and Sickle Medal.
He died in Krasnoyarsk.
