Biography
Born on July 1, 1895 in the village of Bitdili of the Elizavetpol district of the Elizabethpol province (now the village of Shamkir region of Azerbaijan).
In 1929-1970, a collective farmer, foreman, farm manager and chairman of the Rustam Aliyev collective farm (formerly Ulduz) of the Shamkhor district. Since 1970, retired. In 1947 he received a cotton crop of 85.1 centners per hectare on an area of 10 hectares.
In commemoration of the 25th anniversary of Soviet Azerbaijan and for labor achievements, in 1936 he was awarded the Order of Lenin.
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of March 10, 1948, for receiving high cotton yields in 1947, Aliyev Mamed Rza Alekper oglu was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Hammer and Sickle Medal.
He actively participated in the public life of Azerbaijan. Member of the CPSU since 1931 .
