Biography
Born in 1907. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1928.
Graduate of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical Institute. Since 1928 - on economic, social and political work. In 1928 - 1960 - editor of the newspaper of the Political Department of the machine-tractor station, head of the department, editor of the newspaper “Communist”, correspondent, editor of the newspaper “Communist Education”, head of the Press Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Azerbaijan, head of the Department of Propaganda and Agitation of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Azerbaijan, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Azerbaijan for personnel, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Azerbaijan for the food and fishing industry, Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, Minister of Fisheries of the Azerbaijan SSR, Head of the Main Directorate fishery industry of Azerbaijan CHX.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 2nd convocation.
