13 years have passed since the events of the first film. Willie is also depressed and suffering from alcohol addiction. He has no one, he lives alone. The charitable foundation itself is owned by Regent and Diana, a married couple. However, their family life does not go well. The regent cheats on his wife with the secretary. At the same time, Willie begins to stare at Diana.

Thurman gets bored at home, and he decides to surprise Willie by coming to him in Chicago. In the city, he begins to get confused by the bandits under his feet, and Willie identifies him to a charity foundation's shelter. Thurman attends a rehearsal of the Christmas children's party, and he takes part in the performance. The robbery of the safe is going according to plan, only at the very end the mother announces that she is taking all the money for herself. She manages to injure the dwarf before the police arrive. Hiding in a van, she mingles with a crowd of other Santa Clauses at the Santa Claus Festival. Willie still finds her and accidentally spills the loot money. In 2009, Billy Bob Thornton first mentioned the sequel to the 2003 film “ Bad Santa, ” due out for Christmas 2011 ^[1] .
