MPEG-7

MPEG-7 is an International Organization for Standardization / MEA standard developed by the Moving Picture Experts Group ( MPEG ). MPEG-7, formally called the Multimedia Content Description Interface, is a multimedia content description interface designed to describe multimedia data. Unlike previous MPEG standards for encoding, MPEG-7 standardizes some elements that should be supported by as many applications as possible.
