Biography
Born in 1911 Member of the CPSU (b) since 1939.
Since 1933 - in military service, public and political work. In 1933 - 1961 - in the service of the Navy, the commander of the department of navigational electricians of the submarine "D-6", the military commissar of the Lvov PB, the submarine "S-31", the deputy political officer of the 1st division of the submarine brigade, deputy chief of the political department 2- Black Sea Fleet submarine brigade, in the service of the Navy.
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the USSR of the 1st convocation.
He died after 1985.
