Biography
Peasant. Studied at home, received primary education. Engaged in farming on his allotment. During the Duma elections he was non-partisan.
On February 6, 1907, he was elected to the State Duma of the 2nd convocation from the general electors of the Voronezh Provincial Electoral Assembly. He joined the Labor Group and the faction of the Peasant Union . He did not speak from the rostrum of the 2nd State Duma. He did not take part in the work of the Duma commissions.
