Biography
Born in 1912. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1931.
Since 1931 - on economic, social and political work. In 1931 - 1980 - Secretary of the city committee of the Komsomol of Ukraine, chairman of the factory committee in Mariupol, 1st secretary of the Ordzhonikidze district committee of the Communist Party (b), 1st secretary of the Primorsky regional committee of the CPSU (b), secretary of the Primorsky regional committee of the CPSU (b) for personnel, responsible organizer Personnel Department of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks, 2nd Secretary of the Penza Oblast Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks, 2nd, 1st Secretary of the Frunze Oblast Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan, Head of the Department of Organizational and Party Work of the Party Life Magazine, Head of Reception P USSR rokuratury.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the USSR of the 5th convocation.
He died in 1986 in Moscow. He was buried at Kuntsevsky cemetery .
