Biography
Born on February 15, 1935 in the village of Kusar District, Azerbaijan SSR. Early lost parents, brought up in an orphanage in the city of Kusary.
He graduated from the Baku Oil Technical College and the Azerbaijan Institute of Oil and Chemistry named after Azizbekov.
He began his career in 1953 as an assistant operator at the 39th unit of the Baku Oil Refinery named after A. Karayev. Later - the operator, the senior operator and the head of the 39th plant of the same plant. In 1981-1984, he was the head of the Baku Gas Station Administration, from 1984 to 1991, an engineer at the Azerbaijan State Fuel Committee.
Nizameddin Agamuradov showed himself at work as a skilled worker, an experienced innovator and an advanced worker. Agamuradov carefully studied the structure of the installation, its technological process, gained experience from more experienced workers. The secret of Agamuradov in obtaining high results was to constantly monitor the production process and prevent various disruptions. The refiner was very responsible in his work: when he took the watch, he carefully checked the units, capacities and entries in the duty log. According to the results of the eighth five-year plan, installation No. 39, with the direct participation of Agamuradov, exceeded the plan, only in 1970, it sold 30 trains of petroleum products to the state and delivered thousands of tons of gasoline, white oil and naphtha over the plan. Agamuradov’s Ninth Five-Year Plan was equally successful: more than 30 rationalization proposals by the plant manager were brought to life, resulting in the production of more than 150,000 tons of high-quality oil products; at that time, 150 thousand tons of oil products was equal to the annual stock of oil products of 1000 cars. During the tenth five-year plan, Agamuradov and his installation workers bravely worked for the early implementation of the plan for the 110th anniversary of the birth of Lenin and the 60th anniversary of Soviet Azerbaijan.
By the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of April 20, 1971, for outstanding achievements in fulfilling the production targets of the five-year plan, introducing advanced labor methods and achieving high technical and economic indicators in the oil refining and petrochemical industry, Agamuradov Nizameddin Agmurad oglu was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor with the Order of Lenin and the Gold Hammer and Sickle Medal.
He actively participated in the public life of Azerbaijan. Member of the CPSU since 1958 . Delegate of the XXVIII and XXIX CPSU Congresses. Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Azerbaijan.
He lives in Baku, February 21, 2003. By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Nizameddin Agamuradov was awarded an honorary scholarship of the President.
