Kristina Sergeevna Karapetyan (born February 5, 1990 , Moscow ) is a Russian athlete specializing in high jump and triple jumping . Two-time champion of the Deaflympic Games (2009, 2017). Multiple winner and medalist of the championships of Russia, Europe and the world (deaf sport) [1] . Honored Master of Sports of Russia (2010) [2] .

Biography
Kristina Sergeevna Karapetyan was born on February 5, 1990 in Moscow. Trained at the GBU "FSO" Youth of Moscow "Moskomsport Sports and Adaptive School of Equal Opportunities" under the guidance of Ivan Alexandrovich Vasiliev [3] .
In 2009, at the Deaflympics in Taipei, she won the high jump.
In 2013, at the Deaflympics in Sofia, she became a silver medalist in high jumps [4] and took part in triple jump competitions. She also took part in competitions of athletes without any hearing impairment - at the Cup of Russia in 2013 in Erino she took 7th place in high jumps [5] .
Since 2016, she has also been working as a personal trainer at the Moscow Zebra fitness club (metro Kozhukhovskaya).
In 2017, at the Deaflympics in Samsun, she won the high jump [6] and took 4th place in the triple jump.
